Today I was with EYT Seniors. The Drama was another medieval one, but very different in focus to Monday's Hamlet Drama.

The Drama was set on an island in the North Sea. This island had a monastery and a convent built upon it. As well as these, there was a village. The monks, fearing that their island might be attacked by Viking raiders, had asked the king for defence. The king had sent six Crusaders to defend the island.

At the same time, an Archbishop, Father Bizmuth, arrived with, he claimed, a bone of Jesus Christ. Bizmuth's alleged intention was to strengthen the moral fibre of the Christians on the island. In fact, Bizmuth was a heretic who preached a doctrine of humanism at odds with the Church's established truth. His box contained a demonic power which supported his heresy... or maybe his truth was stronger.

Some of the villagers, meanwhile, were keen to allow the Vikings to land, since they were in fact descendents of original Viking raiders.

I apologise in advance for the fact that most of these pictures are of poor quality - I don't think the camera I used is designed for low light and distance... or maybe I'm just a rubbish photographer.
